1.All personal information we collect is collected lawfully, within the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected as a result of contacting us, placing an order, requesting registration or joining our mailing lists as above..

Mailing list. You have the option to opt in or out of our mailing list at any time and also agree to receiving offers from our chosen partners by e-mail. To subscribe to our mailing list you can use our online opt in, or send an e-mail to customerservice@eminenttimeshare.co.uk  with subscribe in the subject . To only have offers from Eminent Timeshare Resales  you can send a mail to customerservice@eminenttimeshare.co.uk with subscribeetr as the subject. To unsubscribe to all mails send an e-mail to customerservice@eminenttimeshare.co.uk  with unsubscribe in the subject. To unsubscribe from our partners mails but still receive Eminent Timeshare Resales  mail, then e-mail to customerservice@eminenttimeshare.co.uk with unsubscribe partner in the subject line.

We store data containing your email and delivery address which we use to send out information about our products and services and to deliver our products to you. We keep this information on file to enable customers placing repeat orders to do so without the need to fill in all their details again. If you do not wish to receive our emails, we will remove your data if you email us at customerservice@eminenttimeshare.co.uk There is no need to fill in the body of the email provided the subject is left as "unsubscribe".

If you have any questions about our privacy policy, you can email them to us at customerservice@eminenttimeshare.co.uk. We will aim to acknowledge your enquiry within 1 working day, and to provide an answer or tell you what we are doing about your enquiry within 5 working days.

2. Cookies. We store data which allows us to recognise you, your preferences and how you use this website, and also to power our shopping system. 3. Links to other sites. Whilst we do take reasonable care with links we provide to other sites, we have no control over the content of those sites, and cannot accept any responsibility for them.

4. VAT. Is not  applicable on timeshare resales.
